February Meeting
Make sure to come to a lunchtime meeting on February 2 in F108 regarding important regional information. We will be handing out the necessary paperwork to attend competitions.

Build Season
Now that build season has begun, we have a daily schedule for build timings. On weekdays, we will meet from 3-6 pm and on weekends, we will meet from 1-6 pm in F108. See you there!
Snack Schedule
During Build Season, we ask that each member brings food at least once. Look at the snack schedule to see what week you should bring snacks. We suggest you bring foods and drinks such as fruits, vegetables, chips, crackers, water, or juice. We all appreciate the contributions!
Kickoff!
MVRT Kickoff will be in the MV Auditorium on Saturday, January 9th at 1 pm. This is a mandatory event for all members - we will be discussing the 2010 game and build season. From 1-3 pm, the team will learn about the new game and from 3-6 pm, we will brainstorm ideas for the robot. Feel free to invite you parents and we hope to see you!
Clean-up Session
In preparation for build season, we will be holding a clean-up session in F108 on Friday, December 18 from 1-6 pm. We expect all members to attend, especially rookie members who can learn more about the different equipment.
Finance Division Meeting
We will have a meeting in F108 on Tuesday, December 8 about the finance division. If you are interested in organizing fundraising projects and corporate grants, please make sure to come!
Toys for Tots
Sign-ups for Toys for Tots are underway! We are looking for at least 50 people to volunteer on December 20th by handing out gifts to families who cannot afford them otherwise. We also ask that each member donates at least one toy by December 14th - toys can be dropped off in F108 or to any officer. Make this holiday special for those in need!
November Meeting
We will be having a lunchtime meeting in F108 on Tuesday, November 3. Be sure to come, especially if you are interested in attending the San Diego Regional- we will be discussing important information for those who want to participate.
Cal Games
Cal Games is on Saturday, October 10 at Woodside High School at 9 am! Check out the flyer for more information on the event. We hope to see you there!
October Meeting
We will be having a meeting on October 6th during lunch in F108. Also keep in mind that MVRT Applications are due the same day. To apply, visit the Join Us page, submit the form and complete the attached documents.
Trainings
All rookie members should attend trainings in order to learn more about their division and to prepare for build season. We ask that veteran members attend to assist the officers in teaching the newer members. Engineering trainings are on Mondays, Electrical on Wednesdays, Mechanical on Fridays, and Media on Thursdays. See the Trainings page for more information.
Parent's Night
Get you parents involved! Parent's night will be on Tuesday, September 22. The meeting is a great way for you parents to learn more about MVRT and upcoming events. It will be from 7 to 8 pm.
Fall Festival
Come to the Fall Festival at the Cupertino Library on September 19 and 20! For more information about the Fall Festival, go to the Fall Festival Homepage.
Rookie Member Meeting
All rookie members should come to a lunchtime meeting on Monday, September 14 in F108. We will be going over important information about the application process and other events regarding MVRT. In case you cannot attend the meeting, please read the information in this powerpoint presentation, which explains what MVRT is and what members do.
Club Day
Support MVRT on Club Day, which is on Friday, September 11! We will be selling Krispy Kreme donuts, so make sure you stop by our booth!
Veteran Meeting
All veteran members are expected to come to a lunchtime meeting in F108 on Tuesday, September 8. Important event dates will be announced.
Academic Court Demo
Be sure to come to the demo in the Academic Court this Friday, September 4! Get up close and personal with last year's robot, El Toro XII.
